[Dx-qsl] Info needed for CN3V (July 2002)

Does any one have CN3V (July 2002) confirmed? If so, do you recall who the manager was and what route was used? All the QSL info sites say the manager is CN8NK. 
A card was sent via the bureau in 2002 -> no response
A card was sent direct to CN8NK about 2 years ago -> no response 
I just sent an email to CN8NK and received a response that he doesn't recall who the manager was and maybe to try ARRAM, CN8MC. 
I'm pretty much at a dead end here short of blindly sending a card to CN8MC.
