[Dx-qsl] SM7URQ ?

Has anybody worked SM7URQ and managed to receive a QSL from him? I
see he is not very active. He has only had 3 spots in 1999, 6 spots
in 2000, and 7 spots in 2002 when I worked him on six meters. Not one
spot since 2002.
He is still listed on QRZ so I doubt he is SK.
I need grid JO77 so if anybody knows how I can get a card I'd sure
appreciate the help. :)
