In QRZ DX that came out today, SM5CAK noted that he is collecting all qsls
sent for the 9Q stations until new qsl manager is announced. stand by until
then.
yes, osten will be missed not just for the speedy qsling but for the sense
of humor and friendship he gave to us all.
