Don't worry, it's a worldwide problem. <smile>
I had to 'train' my local postmaster in how to exchnage them. The last
he had ever seen was one of the small yellow ones !
The problem is that nobody uses them - apart from Radio Amateurs, and
truthfully there are so many in circulation that few new ones are
bought, although now they have expiry dates that situation is changing.
One source of course [and at discount] is from QSL Managers - usually
only needs a 'wanted' posting on here to wake one of us up. [No - I only
have 7 at the moment <smile>]
And if you think unattended queues are a US phenomena - get over here on
'Pension Day' !!!
