[Dx-qsl] OX3KQ QSL

It is my understanding from the presentation made Visalia by the 
IOTA sponsors who traveled there from the U.K. that at first the 
system will match up your IOTA contest log against other logs 
submitted for the contest and award you credits for islands 
worked. Later, as more logs are submitted the system will start 
matching regular log inputs much the same as LOTW. Otherwise, 
why send your actual cards to a QSL check point and then submit 
the same data to the web site?
For me I don't trust to send some of my very rare, maybe once in 
a life time received QSL's to a check point. I asked if it was 
possible for an official IOTA card checker to be in attendance 
at Visalia or Dayton but the request was rejected. You can get 
your DXCC cards or CQ Awards cards checked at conventions but not 
IOTA cards.
