If I understand this 'service' correctly, it involves the DX Station
writing out a card, scanning it, and forwarding the *.jpg copy to the
'service'. If we then assume this 'card' is for one of the Stations
which I handle, I can then [once having paid the fee - and this would
have to be paid I presume for each and every Station on my list]
download the *.jpg , prepare a card in confirmation, which is then
scanned and the *.jpg sent to the 'service' for eventual download by the
DX Station.
I fail to see where the savings are - I still have to prepare a card for
the DX Station which at the end of the day costs money [card/label/ink]
and what do I do with it then ? There is also the time aspect of
scanning/saving/uploading.
A lot of my cards are double=sided - so make that two scans - which have
to be tied together somehow.
The recipient has to print the received card [more extra expense, plus
blank card stock purchase], trim the edges, match back and front, and
hope that ARRL and others will accept it.
Sorry, but in my humble opinion this is a non-viable proposition.
