[Dx-qsl] VP8LP -to be or not to be LOTW?

QRZ.com says that VP8LP confirms by LOTW.
I hae been waiting since March 07 and Nov 06 for a couple to show up there.
So far - nothing!
He has no email address listed in QRZ.COM. Does anyone know: 1. If he has
an email address? 2. Whether he really does use LOTW? Where he might be
right now?
