Hi Tomi,
In 2005 my first attempt to QSL via VR2KW failed.
I emailed Yul and he apologised and suggested I used the address now quoted 
in qrz.com No.(3) in your list below. I received my QSL OK from here.
Dont know if anything has changed since 2005?
If you're still not sure, try emailing Yul on qrz.com address.
