[Dx-qsl] QSL Miscreants

To all,
I rarely say very much (at least on this forum), but I must remind all to
keep the tone civil. If a station fails consistently to QSL, he (or she)
certainly deserves to be indentified. However, please refrain from name
calling (i.e. "scum") or other forms of flaming. The point can be made
without resorting to that.
Tnx for your cooperation.
