Yes, clerks with a clue.
Copy the relevant pages of the IMM and the latest ratefold put out by 
the post office once the exact amount of the postage increases became 
finalized. IRCs go up to 2ドル.00 on Monday. If they don't have any in 
stock now, you're SOL, however. I bet they "get a new shipment" on 
Monday morning if you catch my meaning.
