[Dx-qsl] IRC or GS for UA4WHX?

The last correspondence I had with Vlad said that ircs are ok, that he 
doesn't have too much problem with theft but ircs are safer.
I hope he gets home soon. My 'waiting for' list is 50% vlad at this point, 
not counting 4 that haven't been sent yet.
