[Dx-qsl] qsls printed from QRZ

I'm certain this would not be accepted - or, more accurately, is not 
acceptable. It's only one tiny step removed from printing your own QSL 
for whoever you work, without any involvement from the other station. 
It seems to me that certification of a contact *after* a submission is 
not the model the DXCC desk uses and would be a daunting workload if 
this were practiced.
So, if one were to do a good job in creating such a card, it might be 
accepted by the DXCC desk (because they might not know its background), 
but would clearly be unacceptable, even unethical, for someone to submit 
such a thing.
The "can be verified if asked" point is just silly. Obviously this is 
true for every station on the planet who keeps a log.
