[Dx-qsl] DID I MISS SOMETHING ??

Historically, if there's any postage on it at all, they'll send it through 
postage due at the consignee end.
They usually only bounce things with no postage at all.
What this means to us is that we're probably going to see a lot of postage-due 
notices. I intend to pay. If the QSL card isn't worth another 17 cents, 
then it wasn't worth fooling with in the first place. Put another way, every 
five times this happens you're still under a dollar...
