I worked ZS64RI way back in January, 1996, IOTA AF064 - and am still
chasing as QSL.

A couple of years ago, I inquired to KA1JC as to whether she was the QSL
manager for this station - several emails and a letter later, absolutely
no response. Not even a NO.

Did anyone receive a QSL from this station? If so, would you be kind
enough to let me know the QSL route used.
