[Dx-qsl] VU7LD qsos upload to LOTW

I uploaded my VU7LD qso's with the VU7LD/callsign the first time, and had no
QSL matches in LOTW. Tonight I uploaded again with only VU7LD as the
callsign for each QSO. Now the QSO's I had with VU2PAI as the op get a QSL
match, but the QSO's with VU3RSB as the op do not get a QSL match. So,
looks like the entire operation was not uploaded. Maybe just the QSO's of
some of the operators???
