Sorry to hear of your problems with those QSLs, it must be very frustrating. 
Think you can only try a resubmission with letter of explanation & copy of 
on-line log, or email maybe?
I think others may also have problems like mine with some 1A4A cards...
In my case, my callsign has been printed too high on the label, so top part 
of the letters are missing off the edge. Fortunately, my call-letters cannot 
be mis-interpreted even with top part missing but other callsigns may not be 
so fortunate.
Hope you can sort the QSL problem out soon.

Hi, let me share my negative experience described below.
Last February I sent my direct request (incl. SAE and US$) to the QSL 
manager of 1A4A. I also enclosed the PayPal confirmation sheet of sending a 
small donation.
Today I received my QSL with an ugly handwriting on the back side saying 
"NOT IN LOG" and no more details. I was mailed to me not in my SAE.
Of course, all my 3 qso's are in the on-line log. I re-checked all QSO 
details and they were printed correctly on my card.
They have never confirmed that my donation was received as it was promised 
so on their www site as I remember. Moreover, I am member one of the 
sponsoring ham clubs (MDXC).
I mail more than 50 direct requests a year but I have never experienced so 
ignorant management before. After all my efforts in obtaining the QSL I 
would have expected more explanation why I can't get it. (I am quite sure 
all QSOs were OK, anyway).
Now, I am not even convinced my donation was forwarded to the right place.
