[Dx-qsl] NEW IRCs

There is a standardized postal procedure written right into their little
standard postal procedure book that tells them exactly how to add 15 cents
postage to the 1ドル.85 IRC so it can be sold for the newly required 2ドル.00
amount. It even tells the nice folks what internal postal accounts the
extra 15 cents postage is to be charged to. Unfortunately, most of the
window sales people doesn't read such boring documents so they claim
ignorance or even worse, they blame us for asking for something they "don't
have."
Our only solution is to find the precise postal regulation they've never
read, take it with you and read it to them, and then leave it with them for
them to read again at their leisure. It's been posted a few times and when
I get off the road next week I can look it up again and post it again if no
one has found it yet.
Come to the main post office in Carson City, Zack, and ask for Louis, the
retail window supervisor. He tends to know his stuff and like to keep on
top of new stuff like this.
