[Dx-qsl] An all-time first!

That's the way Mr. Kan, JA1BK, treats his fellow
DX'ers - I have had so much problem with him as I'm
an ARRL DXCC cardchecker, that I did not even try
to work KH8SI (only that one left to go).
Do you remember Bill Moore had to send out a
picture of how a VP6DI card that was not accepted
looked like?
Now I'm hoping for the March / April DX-pedition to
Swains Island.
