I also worked them on 5/25/03, and sent the card out the same day. 
Got a QSL back on 09/29/03 (with 1ドル and an SAE, in all liklihood). 
Given all that's happened on VP6 in the last few years, I don't even 
know if there's an active amateur community there any more. GL on 
that one, for sure.
