[Dx-qsl] SWL data is correct, but

Hello OMs, I need to consult you.
Today French SWL card comes to me through bureau,
trying to confirm my 3.5MHz CW signal at 2005 WW-CW.
Time is 0844Z and my QSO partner is HL station.
All the data on this SWL card are correct against my log.
However, I am not a big gun running only 150W and never
even hear any F signal on 80m until now.
At the best of my knowledge, I suspect any French station
has almost no possibility to hear my signal at 0844Z on bottom
of November with WW contest QRM within Europe. 
Do you DX'ers recommend me to send my confirmation
QSL card to this SWL station?
