Lucky You !!

I e-mailed the guy concerned, and told him.......al I got back was
what I consider to be a 'verbal' shrug of the shoulders.
Thing is it is quite a close call for US Stations with one IRC costing
what - 1ドル-85 now - almost as easy to slip 2ドル in the envelope [and
often more appreciated, certainly at this end]
Mind you - changing tack to the other thread, I did find one
'Bureau-d-C' who refused to accept a 2ドル bill - to say I was 'unhappy'
was putting it mildly. Not quite as unhappy as the luckless clerk
after I stood at the window, phoned his Head Office on my mobile, and
caused 'chaos'. Those in the queue behind me wern't over impressed
either. Did he change it ? Too pigging right he did !! <VERY evil
grin>

Get loads of those [Mainly due to handling a pair of 9M6's]. Just
watch the expiry date on the front.
Likewise in the Uk - if we want an International Response Service the
upfront charges are quite healthy ........at 100UKP and then it costs
50p for each letter received [minimum].
All good fun.
