When I was TDY in 1998/99 at 7Z1AB (Embassy) I was told by TCU, a KA5....... 
that I was the guy who asked about operating. He gave me the combo to get 
into the shack and I operated for about a week. I was told QSL via KN4F, I 
believe. The KA5 had no interest in operating as he was a 40m rag chewer 
and would rather sit at the bar and get blitzed. My next trip in to Rihyad 
the KA5 had given up the shack to the GSO section. The coax was rolled up 
and tied to the base of the tower located at the rec center pool area. 
Never heard of anyone else being assigned to the embassy that was 
interested.

I have that card dated Nov. 28,1993 and the manager was K1SE... The actual
