[Dx-qsl] Rcvd: FS/WY3P (kinda) + LotW

Received today:
FS/WY3P via W3ADC (CQWW SSB 2006) ~2.5 month turn-around... but...
right date, time, band, mode, but the call... the handwriting appears to be
to either "W3WM" or "W3WNU" or "W3WN?" (with a sideways question mark), so I
guess the card's going back. I hate when that happens! Oh well, at least
it's only another couple of stamps and envelopes... [and people wonder why I
use a computer to print everything, if you saw my handwriting, you'd
probably tell me I have no room to kvetch!]
