[Dx-qsl] Postage payment via PayPal?

Let the QSL manager do an add on to compensate for the PayPal fees.
There are no fees to the sender.
It may appear costly from a percentage standpoint but its offset by:
-No Air Mail Stamp(.90 US and rising all the time)
-No QSL card(.06 to .10 per card) to send (e.g. 5L2MS and 5H3EE you simply
had to state your QSO info)
-No wondering if your card was ever received (that's got to be worth
something!)
-Potentially faster turnaround time
That's about a 1ドル a card in addition to the 2ドル or 1-2IRC's or so generally
required for a return card. Although I know what the fee structure is for
PayPal stateside, I can't imagine that elsewhere the fees amount to 1ドル on 2ドル
sent.
Finally, there's nothing that says that a QSL manager can't offer both.

Considering the amount of fees that Paypal collections on transactions,
such micro-payments become extremely expensive. For any transaction
under US5ドル.00 to $US10.00, the fees as a percentage of the money being
transferred are enormous.
