You mean that it will not be obvious whether a card is 'real' or a
printed image ?

It's called a server, but then you are in breach of certainly the UK's
data protection laws as you would be retaining personal information on a
computer, unless you have signed authority from every person to do this.
As to awards, for which you would no doubt charge, does this infer that
you have come up with one which is already not available through a
society/group or club ?

To make it work you need quite a lot of people signed up. It also costs
$,ドル and at the moment your cards are, by your own admission, useless for
any award currently available.
