Can't speak for this one, but if you hear OX3HI on the band he's a 
good QSLer. I got him last November on 75 SSB and got a reply in 
under 2 weeks. I was shocked, frankly.
Now, if anybody knows if the guys from NA1SA who were up in Greenland 
earlier this year plan on QSLing anytime soon, I'd be mighty 
grateful. Worked 'em on both 80 and 160 CW, and I desperately want 
that one confirmed on topband.
