[Dx-qsl] JA help please

The holder of the callsign CR9AJ was CT1ADP, still listed
in Buckmaster but not in www.qrz.com There were a lot of
guest-operations from his QTH in Macao. Listed managers
are AA6BB (now SK), KA6V (now SK), W6MJE, JA1UT
for 50 MHz, W7PHO (now SK) and W6AQ.
