Wellcome back to HAM Radio ! Things are change definitely.
>From my point of view now the Russian QSL Bureau working better 
than USA bureau system. For last five years try to get 160 prefixes
from NA via bureau. Got abt 5% back for all qsl I sent to USA via the 
bureau.
