[Dx-qsl] Russian QSL's

Hey gang,
I've been out of the game for a long time (15 years. Ouch!). Been 
getting back on the horse again and wanted to check on QSL'ing to Russia.
Box 88 was pretty spotty back in the Soviet days and I keep reading 
murmurs that the Russian QSL bureau is even worse these days than it 
ever was. Is this true? Should I send all my Russian cards direct now? I 
have some that aren't really all that special but I actually would like 
to receive them some day. ;-)
