William Plum sells "nesting" airmail envelopes, the smaller of which 
is 4 1/2 X 6 1/4 (pretty close). The larger is 4 3/4 x 6 1/2. They 
are not self-adhesive, as some European managers have requested - 
Can't find those anywhere (airmail).
