First the good news.

I worked 3B8FG this afternoon on 17 metres CW. A new country for me on
CW.

Now the not so good news.

I have been trying, with a spectacular lack of success, to get a card
from this station for about seven years, for a couple of SSB new band
QSO's. Both $ and IRC's, individually and in combination, have both
failed to elicit a return, in fact have failed to elicit five returns.

So, my question. 

Has anyone actually managed to get a card from 3B8FG recently, and if
so, how in the world did you manage it.

If you read a tad of frustration in my text, you would be correct!
