Notice that (at least) two envelopes were cancelled and then sat someplace.
You'd think with a DXer / contester in charge of an agency now, they'd learn 
more subtle techniques. And passing 2 envelopes a week continues to not be 
the way I'd do stuff, but hey, it was the same negligence that ruined my 
organs.
I mean, really. Two hams a week for two years at three different 
destinations just happen to decide to send cards ?
Sorry about the comments but I can ignore just so many months of continuing 
federal stupidity when I'm paying the bill.
