EA6UN - Write this money pit off! Some report that unless you send 5ドル or
more
no QSL for reasonable postage.
9Y4/YL2KL Girt replies to QSLs for 9Y4W and 9Y4/YL2KL is 3 months (2GS).
use stealth envelopes.
AH8A - some have reported a similar problem within the period your
interested
in. I received 3 QSLs from AH8A between 79 and 85. This was via WB6FBN
(changed call now). I would double check for a current manager.
HZ1HZ - try N7RO. Recently got confirmation for 1982 QSO. 1 month turn
around.
TU2CI - They may have a mail problem=2E I have rcvd 2 QSLs on separate
occansions, each with 3 month turn arounds=2E I used the "soon to expire"
IRCs, but this was early in the spring contest season. I would try new
IRCs in stealth envelopes. Use Euro envelopes with printed lables to look
like business correspondence.
The others I have no info on. Don't just write these off (except for
EA6UN). Keep looking for a new path to try and keep emailing possible
managers etc. My success rate for old cards is about 30-40% and that is
only about half of the rate on new QSOs. Most of the older guys are real
gentlemen ops and will QSL if they get yours.
