[Dx-qsl] IT9RBW

Would anyone have any QSL info for IT9RBW on Sicily? QRZ.COM, 
Buckmaster, Pathfinder, GOLIST, etc, don't show any info. It is not a 
busted call as the DX Cluster shows many, many spots for this call, 
mostly in contests. I suspect it is a DX Contest Club call but cannot 
find it's listing anywhere.
