[Dx-qsl] QSL info needed

He used to be active from JD1/M (Minamitorishima/Marcus Is.) with the
same call sign identification, but he now is active from IWO-JIMA Is. which
is included in JD1/O (Ogasawara Is.) as the DXCC perspective.
His official QSL information is "Via Buro".
I, myself, do not know if the other ways are available.
He told me couple weeks ago that he had already sent his QSL cards for
the QSOs which were made from JD1/M to the JARL buro.
