[Dx-qsl] wupps jackpot not so good

I spoke too soon. I did get 10 cards from EA7FTR, but I didnt get all the
QSOs confirmed that I had sent to him. For instance, I sent a card for 9
contacts with TI8CBT, and he returned ONE confirmation back to me, and
apparently ignored the other 8. On a couple of others, he confirmed two of
the three contacts with the stations, but one of each I didnt need, and
needed the one he didnt confirm. Not notes as to "not in log" or any thing
else.
Anyone else have the same problems with his returns?
