[Dx-qsl] Help with V51W

The problem is getting the cards and USD TO HIM. Why would he need to
return HIS QSL via registered mail? He is not sending money. I have
taken part in several group mailings where us U.S. Hams would send our
QSL's and SASE with a couple of USD to a group leader here in the USA.
The group leader would then submit only the QSL's he received from other
U.S. Hams with some money for the DX to mail his cards back to the group
leader. Once the cards from the DX were received by the group leader he
would then forwarding the the other U.S. hams taking part in the scheme
via the SASE they had previously mailed to him. I never suggested the
DX send his cards by registered mail. There would be no need for him to
do so.
