I have two questions.
1. When/how did ZK1 become E51?
2. Which call book CD-ROM has the most extensive/accurate files of
international DX call signs/names/addresses? I'm using the call book that
is sold with ProLog and it seems pretty good. But it doesn't recognize
E51.
