Thanks for your efforts Bill. It would be nice if you add note saying that 
US includes all territories (KL7, KH2, KH6, KH0 and all APO addresses (V73, 
VQ9 etc)) if that is indeed the case.
And what is wrong with YV post office: "3 IRC's needed for Asia & Oceania" 
WHY???
