[Dx-qsl] Help with V51W

I believe Rudy has the same mail problem as the other active V51 
station (mail theft). Groups have been forming to send several cards 
via registered or one of the other tracked mail routes. This has 
seemed to work well. Frank V51AS has responded to several of these 
with a post to one ham in the group with the other envelopes, cards, 
and some $ to cover the stateside mailings. If several gang up like 
this, it isn't too expensive.
