Graham has a very good point. Sticking mint UK stamps on the envelope
is one of my pet hates too. *PLEASE* supply them loose!!!! Any surplus
can be used for bureau postage, stationery costs etc. Those few pennies
surplus between the cost of the return postage and the value of the IRC
or "green stamps" are put to very good use, believe me.
I would never refuse to return a card, even when the request does *NOT*
enclose a SAE or is accompanied by US 1ドル coins, 1 Euro coins (both of
which are valueless in the UK) or other currencies. Even those
accompanied by only US 1ドル for destinations outside Europe go back via
surface mail! However, the sender will receive a note requesting him to
mend his ways.....
