So a "QSL Service" only accepts GS's and IRC's? Nice.
Sounds like the reincarnation of the "glory days" of a certain infamous F
based QSL manager.
I'm almost afraid to ask "what's next?"

Subject: [Dx-qsl] SASE not always the way
Just got my own card returned to me from DJ0LZ in the SASE I provided
to him saying "Not accept post stamps This is QSL service not a post
office." Nice guy. Don't need Z34M confirmed badly enough to send to
this clown again.
Cheers,
Peter,
