[Dx-qsl] DXCC application

While all the responses I've seen to Tom's post
have been correct (and I, too, have gotten one or two
'snippy' notes from Newington), this is still
a customer service issue. Tom, you should
drop Bill Moore a note (or send him the one below)
and let him know there are kinder ways to
get the point across. They can't fix it
if they don't know how it's being perceived.
FWIW, I got 'my note' a few years back because
I put the multi-Q cards first, instead of at the end.
(they don't even say where to put those, other than together!!)
