What in the heck is with JA1BK and his qsling?
A couple of us sent him cards and donation when we workd KH8SI and I
personally sent the cards during the first week of the operation. After
not receiving a reply buy October, another was sent.
Today I get the request back with a note saying.."No 2nd QSL"......
Hey KAN...DIDNT GET THE FIRST ONE!
Poor operation and even poorer qsl practice
