Other problems have developed with this operation and all contacts are currently on hold. His license before July 4 stated VHF/UHF only, but since something else has come up it is on hold.

I have a QSL card from YU6AO for a 7/2/2006 contact. I also have a note in my log that contacts before 7/4 are no good for DXCC. Is this the case and if so, why?? I have other contacts with him after that but sent this off to get it back so that I could include it in this years DXCC submittal. He didn't check his log or he would have seen the other contacts and QSL'd them also. I didn't know there was any problem at the time I sent it. The info came out after it was in the mail. I just got the card yesterday.
