Richard:
I just got through writing a letter to my local postmaster about 
redeeming some 30-40 IRCs since the last time I asked at the window no 
one knew what to do. I wanted to do all of them at one time and not 
have to hassle each time I redeemed a few between now and 12/31.
Will have to wait probably until next week to hear back from him.
