Actually, you probably should. I had a similar problem and wound up
walking the local window supervisor through how the system worked. He
actually appreciated my taking the time to help him and now I simply ask
for him whenever I want to buy or sell IRCs. No muss no fuss and he has
always appreciated the time I took to help him.

PS: He asked if he could keep the highlighted copies of the IMM I brought
with me so he could use them to brief his window staff.
PPS: The USPS has recently implemented a new computer system at all the
windows and everybody is having to learn how to do things in a new
way. Their new system doesn't make finding the IRC process very easy or
intuitive for them.
