[Dx-qsl] Recent USPS bulletins on IRCs

As an aside, I'm seeing the IRCS that expire 12/31/2006 issued from post office all over the world that have been postmarked in the last month. (October onward). PLEASE PLEASE.....request the new ones if you're buying them. The old ones will become worthless at the end of this year...and I'm already shuddering about thinking of going to the post office 12/30/06 with a pile of these things. 
Having said that, wonder if there will be any grace period, as 12/31/06 falls on a Sunday,...thus many post's across the world will be closed.
