Maany of the Guantanamo guys are TDY there and only at gitmo for a month 
or three. KG4OX did up load logs to LotW for that period. I worked him on
17m 
(9/22) and 15m rtty (9/24). Logs appeared om 9/29. If you are not on Lotw 
you should think about joining. I know its a pain for DX stations but it
can save you alot. I have most of DX logs on LotW. If your not getting
into LotW, drop N4BAA an email and ask what he knows about Doug and his
QSLs.
