That's actually somewhat surprising to hear. I've worked OJ0J twice 
-- in July 2004 (card sent July 7th 2004 rec'd Oct. 12th 2004), and 
again in April 2005 (sent May 4th/05, rec'd June 25th/05). All I can 
think is perhaps you're NIL, though even then after 3 tries I'd think 
they'd send you a courtesy reply to that effect.
